What happens after the 7-day trial?

Your card gets charged the beta rate for month 1. If you're on Portal Only, that's $9.50. Portal + Reveal is $29.50. Full System is $54.50. Months 2 and 3 charge the same beta rate. Month 4 charges the full standard price automatically — no reminder is sent. It is your responsibility to cancel before then if you don't want to continue at full price.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final. This is stated clearly before you complete checkout and again in the Terms of Service you sign before payment. If you have a billing concern, email hello@boudoirautomations.com before initiating a dispute with your bank — we will work with you in good faith on legitimate billing errors.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

You can upgrade anytime — your billing adjusts at the next renewal date. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing period. You'll keep access to the higher-tier features until the end of your current paid period.

What's the difference between +Reveal and Full System?

Portal + Reveal gives your clients the cinematic gallery experience and you the tools to protect and control it. Full System adds everything on the selling side — the ordering flow, collection builder, à la carte items, studio pipeline dashboard, revenue tools, and GHL integration. If you don't have a structured ordering process yet, Portal + Reveal is the right starting point. Upgrade to Full System when you're ready to put the ordering flow in front of clients.

Is Pennsylvania sales tax included in these prices?

SaaS is taxable in Pennsylvania. Tax is collected at checkout by Stripe based on your billing address. The prices above do not include tax.
