What exactly is My Boudoir Portal?+
My Boudoir Portal is the client experience platform for everything that happens after a session is booked, prep, gallery delivery, the reveal, ordering, album specs, and shipping updates. Every touchpoint your client has with your studio after booking happens inside a single branded portal under your name. We are completely invisible to her.
Is this a CRM? A gallery platform?+
Neither. It handles the layer between session day and delivery that CRMs do not touch and gallery platforms were not built for. It is not a replacement for your booking tool or contract software. It handles everything that happens from session prep through products in her hands.
Do I need to know how to code anything?+
No. Everything is built for photographers. The only technical step is connecting a cloud storage account during setup and we walk you through it step by step.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
You sign up for Complete Access, enter a card, and get the complete platform starting day one. If you cancel before day 14, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, your card is billed $27.99 on day 15. Use the trial with a real client.
Is my $27.99 rate locked?+
Yes. Your monthly rate remains $27.99 while your subscription stays continuously active, even if the public price increases later.
Are there per-client or per-gallery fees?+
No. Complete Access covers unlimited clients. No per-gallery charges. No per-client fees. No transaction fees on orders placed through the portal.
What is your refund policy?+
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Cancel before day 14 and you owe nothing. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable. See our

Where do my client images live?+
In your own cloud storage account that you own and control, not ours. Your images never transit through our servers. If you stopped using My Boudoir Portal tomorrow, your files would remain exactly where they are with no dependency on us.
What does cloud storage cost?+
Approximately $0.50 to $2.00 per month for a typical boudoir studio, billed directly by your storage provider. We recommend Cloudflare R2 for its low pricing and zero egress fees.
Will my clients ever see My Boudoir Portal branding?+
Never. Your logo. Your colors. Your name. My Boudoir Portal does not appear anywhere in your client's experience. Not in the header, not in the URL, not in emails, not anywhere.
Which album labs are supported?+
The Boudoir Album, WHCC, Miller's Lab, and UAF Imaging. Real product swatches from all four labs load inside the ordering flow. Additional labs are added as they become available, active subscribers are notified.
How does the GHL webhook work?+
When a client places an order, a webhook fires automatically to your GoHighLevel account. You configure the webhook URL in your portal settings once. A separate webhook fires when a gallery is marked as ready. From there you trigger whatever automation you have built.
