When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, studio name, and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
We collect usage data including which features you access, when you log in, and how you interact with the dashboard. We use this to improve the platform.
We do not collect your client image files. Your images are stored in your own cloud storage account that you own and control. We store metadata about galleries, image names, sequence order, settings, but never the image files themselves.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Client records you create are stored in our database and accessible only to your account. We do not access, analyze, or share your client records except as technically necessary to provide the service.
If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@myboudoirportal.com. Your client images remain in your cloud storage, we have no ability to delete those as we have no access to them.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Your cloud storage credentials are stored encrypted and we never interact with them in plaintext.
