By creating an account with My Boudoir Portal, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
My Boudoir Portal is a subscription service. You choose a plan, provide a payment method, and receive a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged on day 15 if you have not cancelled. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date each month.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the product, failure to cancel before the trial ends, accidental renewal, changes in your business, or account termination for policy violations. Cancel before day 14 of your trial and you owe nothing. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Your client images are stored in your own cloud storage account that you own and control. We do not have access to your image files. You are solely responsible for your client images, your cloud storage costs, and your compliance with any model release or privacy obligations relating to those images.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
My Boudoir Portal is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost business, lost client data, or indirect damages of any kind.
