No developer. No code. No waiting on anyone. Just you, a few settings, and a portal that looks like you spent real money on it.
You create your account, upload your logo, drop in your brand colors, and type your studio name. That's it. The entire portal adapts to YOUR brand from that first minute — and your clients never see our name anywhere on it.
Takes about 4 minutes. No design experience needed. No guessing. Every field has a plain-English label that tells you exactly what it does.
The logo you upload in settings is the logo that shows on every portal page, every email, every client touchpoint. Set it once. It's everywhere automatically.
This is the step that makes the privacy architecture real. You create a free account with a cloud storage provider — Cloudflare R2 works great — and connect it to your portal in Settings. A full video walkthrough guides every single click.
Takes about 10 minutes. When it's done, your client images upload directly to YOUR account — not ours. We never touch them. That's by design, not by policy.
Storage costs for a typical boudoir studio run about $0.50–$2.00 per month, billed directly by the provider. Not by us. We just provide the software.
Type her name, her email, and her session date. Hit save. That's it. Her private branded portal generates instantly and a fully branded welcome email lands in her inbox automatically — with her unique portal link, her session details, everything.
You do nothing else after hitting save. She gets a portal that looks like you spent weeks building it for her specifically. Because in a way — you did. It just only took you 8 seconds.
Unlimited clients. No per-client fees. No caps. The same $19/mo (or $59 or $109) covers every client you book, forever.
Edit your images. Upload them to her gallery inside your dashboard. Sequence them the way you want the story to unfold. Set your watermark. Then flip the Gallery Ready switch.
Her phone gets a push notification the instant you do. She watches the reveal. The ordering flow appears when the last image plays. You get a notification when she places an order.
You don't send a follow-up. You don't create a separate invoice. You just... watch the orders come in.
Start Your 7-Day TrialNo. It doesn't try to. My Boudoir Portal starts after she books — it's the experience layer that lives between your booking confirmation and your delivery. Use whatever booking tool already works for you. This picks up right where that ends.
No — and this is the important part. Your client images live in a cloud storage account YOU create, not ours. We don't have access to your files. It is architecturally impossible for one studio's images to reach another through this platform. Read the full privacy breakdown →
If you can upload a photo to Facebook, you can do this. The cloud storage setup is the most "technical" part — it takes about 10 minutes and we have a full video walkthrough that covers every single click. After that, adding clients and uploading galleries is as simple as filling out a form.
It means your clients never see My Boudoir Portal's name, logo, or branding anywhere. They see YOUR logo, YOUR studio name, and YOUR colors on every page they touch. To them it looks like custom software you built for your studio specifically.
Absolutely. GHL integration is optional and only available on the Full System tier. Portal Only and Portal + Reveal work completely independently of any CRM. The GHL webhook is just there when you're ready to connect it.

Sign up, brand it, connect storage, add a client. That's the whole setup. Your portal is live before your next session.
