Your agreement with My Boudoir Portal, a product of Boudoir Automations, a brand of Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Photographer," "Subscriber," or "you") and Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC, operating My Boudoir Portal through its brand Boudoir Automations, located at 47 W. Main Street, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania 17268. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
My Boudoir Portal is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing professional boudoir photographers with a white-labeled client portal, gallery reveal experience, ordering system, and studio management tools. The Platform is a B2B tool for professional business use only. Features available depend on your selected subscription plan.
New subscribers receive a seven (7) day free trial. A valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before day 7, your card will be automatically charged beginning on day 8. The trial is offered once per person, email, studio, and payment method.
Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically. Beta program participants receive 50% off the standard rate for months 1, 2, and 3 following the trial period. Beginning with month 4, subscriptions automatically renew at the full standard rate with no additional notice.

Promotional pricing is temporary. Your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate following the promotional period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies without exception including during the trial period, beta discount period, after cancellation, following termination, due to service outages, dissatisfaction with features, or any other circumstance whatsoever.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing hello@boudoirautomations.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. It is your sole responsibility to export all data before cancellation. We are not responsible for data loss following account termination.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Your account will be immediately terminated, your signed agreement and IP records submitted as evidence, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action including recovery of all fees and costs.
You retain ownership of your content. Your client images are stored in your own independently managed cloud storage account — not on our servers. You are solely responsible for your storage account, its costs, and all files stored within it.
You agree not to: distribute illegal content including content involving minors; reverse-engineer or resell the Platform; share credentials with unauthorized parties; circumvent security controls; or engage in conduct that damages the reputation of My Boudoir Portal or Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONLIGHT AND LACE BOUDOIR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Franklin County, Pennsylvania under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Beta participants receive 50% off for months 1-3 in exchange for: using the Platform with a real client; reporting bugs within 48 hours; and providing honest feedback. The beta discount is temporary. Month 4 rolls to full price automatically. All sales are final during the beta program.

How we collect, use, and protect the information associated with your account.
My Boudoir Portal is a product of Boudoir Automations, a brand of Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC, 47 W. Main Street, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania 17268. This Privacy Policy applies to photographer subscribers. It does not govern personal data of your photography clients — you are responsible for your own privacy practices with your clients.
Account Information: Name, email, studio name, URL handle, phone number, website. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Platform Configuration: Branding settings, prep guide content, package configurations, and other dashboard settings you create.
Client Records: Client names, emails, session dates, gallery status, and order information — stored solely to operate the Platform on your behalf.
Technical Data: Login timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage for security and troubleshooting.
Legal Agreement Records: Your electronic signature, timestamp, IP address, and agreement version — retained permanently as tamper-proof legal documentation.
We do not collect or store your client image files — those live in your cloud storage account. We do not store your clients' payment information. We do not collect biometric data or government identification numbers. There is no shared image storage environment between studios.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Stripe (payments) · Cloudflare (hosting and security) · Supabase (database) · Resend (transactional email). These providers have no right to use your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.
Your client images are served from your cloud storage account in transit but are never persistently stored on our servers. Cancellation of your subscription does not affect your storage account. Files remain under your control.
We implement encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is impenetrable. Notify us immediately at hello@boudoirautomations.com if you suspect unauthorized account access. We will notify you within 72 hours of any confirmed security incident affecting your data.
Account data retained for duration of active subscription plus 90 days for potential reactivation, then permanently deleted. Legal agreement records retained indefinitely. It is your sole responsibility to export data before cancellation.
You are the data controller for your photography clients' personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy, obtaining client consents, and complying with applicable privacy laws including CCPA and GDPR.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@boudoirautomations.com. We will respond within 30 days.
